Dave Koz had a vision of creating something new for his fans and dreamed up Somma.

Working once again with the New Shirt Agency, I got a call that to promote this new voyage. John Schimpf wanted to film on the very boat we would be boarding the following year, around the world in Italy. As it turns out, she would be in the Bahamas for about 10 hours and that would be all the time we had to get our commercial. With John’s scripted narration, Dave’s unrivaled on-screen charm, and me running around with my Red cinema rigg with Orion anamorphic lenses, we ended up with a spot to truly got us, as well as the fans… very excited.

Well, it seemed to work. when tickets went on sale shortly after the launch, all 300 luxurious cabins were sold out in under 10 minutes.
